Hokuto no Ken 2 : Shin Seikimatsu Kyūseishu Densetsu (1989) 北斗の拳 新世紀末救世主伝説

Sega Mega Drive Side-scrolling Action game Based on the famous 80's Japanese manga series 'Fist of the North Star' (北斗の拳 Hokuto no Ken) by Buronson & Tetsuo Hara. Developed and Published by  Sega.

Interestingly the game was heavily censored on it's release outside of Japan (Europe/America) with the removal of all Blood, Exploding Heads and Bodies of enemy sprites and the bizarre re-colouring of level Bosses in garish colours.

Comparison of Japanese version with European/USA version.
